##Stone Town
Stone Town, located in Zanzibar, is the cultural heart of Tanzania. The city hasnt changed much in 200 years. Explore the Arabian homes in the narrow streets showing a unique charm. Most of these homes were built in the 19th century when Zanzibar was a recognizable Swahili trading town in the Indian Ocean. Dont miss the intricated designs on the wooden doors. They will blow your mind. Most landmarks in Stone Town have been restored to its past glory. Most of these buildings are museums and tourist attractions. ##Selous Game Reserve
Selous is the largest game reserve in Tanzania and Africa. It was founded in 1922 and covered almost 5% of Tanzanias territory. The forest area is home to the black and white Colobus monkeys, and you can see herds of buffalo, zebra, and warthog neat the crater floor. The Momella Lakes offer a look into migrant waterbirds. Aside from the wildlife viewing, most people come here to climb Mount Meru, one of the most beautiful volcanoes in Africa. You can reach the summit through a narrow ridge that provides incredible views of the volcanic cone. The route passes through forest, parkland, and moorland.

##Ruaha National Park
Ruaha National Park opened its doors in 2008 and became the largest park in Tanzania. It protects buffaloes and gazelles and has the largest concentration of elephants in the country. The Great Ruaha River provides magnificent wildlife viewing on the banks as most animals stop by to drink the waters. Also, you can see the hydroelectric dam at Kidatu. Access is difficult. Therefore, most visitors prefer other parks. However, the landscape is so pristine is whort the trip. Birdwatchers can enjoy over 400 bird species and incredible picture spots.
